ps3 controlelr wont connect to pc

so it does actually connect with a usb but the bluetooth doesn't work. i use motionjoy and i have installed and loaded the drivers while running as administrator. on the bluetooth pair, i choose my ps3 controller and the bluetooth adapter then clicked pair now. i have tried the same thing over and over and the controller works fine with the usb but the bluetooth wont connect. the lights on the the contorller start blinking and so does the light on my blueooth dongle. so the do interfere but no connection. can anyone help me?

Could it be a driver issue with the bluetooth and motionjoy? Everything should be up to date.

Last time i used motion joy and loaded the driver (usb) i needed to restart pc for it to start working, could it be the same for bluetooth, just needing a restart after loading the driver?
