I had a PS3 Emulator once, it is black box with Playstation 3 written on it.

Actually there is one but it's only running 1-2 very basic PSN titles. And dont expect it to be ready soon you can grab a ps3 for like 99$ and get used games for like 5-10$.

PS3 and the games can still be found easily and are really cheap.
Go hunt on eBay rather trying to find emulators.
