this will cost me 612$
another thing can i oc the cpu with stock cooler?

No. Only intel "k" series can be overclocked. Also I dont see a power supply in your list.

You can't OC that CPU.
And if you could, with the stock cooler only a teeny bit, and only if you want to sit next to a jet engine.
