You can. The best solution for this is Motioninjoy (www.motioninjoy.com, free program).
You have to install the program and connect the dualshock (or sixaxis) controller through USB.
If you want to use it through bluetooth, first install a bluetooth adapter and then install the alternate drivers through the motioninjoy GUI. After that, you connect the controller through USB for pairing and it should then work perfectly (wirelessly).
One caveat of using it with bluetooth is that, since you have to install an alternate driver, you will only be able to use your bluetooth adapter for this single purpose. If you need bluetooth for anything else, you will either have to uninstall the motioninjoy bluetooth drivers or purchase a second bluetooth adapter (which is what I did).
You can set the controller to be recognized as a regular PC controller or as wireless x360 controller for xinput support.
