PS3 looks better or worse in a 4k tv?

I will buy a new tv this week. In a 4k TV my PS3 games(720p) will look better or worse than in my previous tv that was FULL HD?

It will be about the same. Modern TVs look best when they are displayed at their native resolution, but since your last TV was 1080P, the PS3 couldn't match that either.

You may notice additional input delay.

It won't look all that bad. But like koreanoverlord said above, modern tvs look best when displayed at their native resolution, and you might notice delays. But it won't be unplayable.
