Hi there guys, so just bought a ps4 slim and love it! Such a cool little system. I just am interested about one thing though.
When i put in an old scratched dvd to test the disc drive, it made a fairly loud clicking noises etc while playing it. However, i then put in a brand new dvd and it was so much quieter.
My question is, why is this? I assume the ps4 has to work harder to read the scratched disk. It does skip the odd time but there are no awful scratches or anything, just quite a few little ones. Let me know as it just interests me
