ps4 Error code 43!

hi all,
i have a duelshock 4 controller and i am wanting to connect it to pc, i have connected it before with no problems but one day it went to shit. my brothers ps4 controller still works on the pc, but i would like to use my own so we can play together, ive tried pretty much every fix out there but still get the error, PLEASE HELP
the error is code 43. device descripter request failed

just google error 43 around read up on what reported and any resolves and try them out maybe just the device plain out right failed

Error code 43 is generally an indication of failed or bad hardware. Some of these are also due to conflicting softwares on boot. Try the following steps.
- Clean boot of OS with only MS services on and check if the issue persists. http://www.thewindowsclub.com/what-is-clean-boot-state-in-windows
- From the device manager, right click on the controller and unisntall and reconnect it and wait for the Windows to detect and install the drivers and check.
- Just check if there's any way of doing a hardreset on the controller
- most basic, try a different USB port to check.

Sadly ive tried all of those things and still the same result, my brothers controller still works.

well then it could be just a failed device unless the controller works on everything else you use it on or may have to go to the manufacture to see if theres a issue on there end with it ?
