PS4 giving me weird readings on speed test

currently rn i have 250 down and 20 up and i just bought a gigabit switch and hooked everything up green lights mean they are using over 100 mb and yellow means they arnt. My ps4 is constantly switching between yellow and green while everything else is solid green that should be atleast. any reason why this could be. I know ps4s are notorious for having terrible networking equipment

doing a speed test on ps4 varies from 270 to as low as like 50 at times mostly likes to sit at 100. why does the ps4 do this. I have a linksys velop and even with every router i have always had i have noticed the ps4 just doesnt like to play well
