Question PS4 looks terrible

Hello,

I bought the PS4 Slim with GTA 5, when I drive a car it looks like it's 15fps, my monitor is the iiyama ge2788hs, 1080p 60hz 1ms. I've tried changing rgb settings and monitor settings, it still looks the same. Idk what to do..?

Thanks for your reply, I am using a HDMI cable of 0.5m, I tried another one too. Sadly no luck.
