I have a ps4 and i tried to huck it up to my monitor (which is quiet old but still works very well) my monitor only has a vga port so i'm using a hdmi to vga converter/adapter which seems to work with my laptop and my monitor when i connect them both together but when i use the vga port on my tv and my ps4 it doesn't work and it doesn't work with my monitor either. I tried turning of hdcp on my ps4 but it didn't make a difference all i got on my monitor was a blank screen as if it were receiving something to display and then it stops and says "no signal".
I was just wondering what the issue was whether its my monitor or something to do with the settings on my ps4 and how do i fix it if i can.
