i have a fiber connection at home and a huawei router as my main router . which has been provided by the isp.My ps4 is plugged directly in the main router via ethernet . I have assigned a static ip to the ps4 . and put that static ip on the dmz of the router. I have also enabled UPnP on my router . and forwarded the following ports . however the nat type hasnt changed :
TCP Ports: 5223, and 10070 – 10080

UDP Ports: 3074, 3478, 3479, 3658, and 10070
Also the static ip is assigned outside of the DHCP range

Do you have a actual public ip assigned to your router. It depends on the router but most you can see the IP address that is assigned to the wan port. If this address is not the same as you see from sites like whatsmyip then there is another router in the path doing NAT and you will only get type 3.

If you use DMZ you only want to use DMZ remove the other configurations some routers get confused.
