ps4 on 1440p monitor

im planning on getting a 1440p monitor for pc gaming and some console gaming , will my ps4 look weird on the 1440p monitor?

It will look like 1080p since the monitor will offer that as a resolution.

Caution, not always will look the same, it depends of the quality of upscaling. I have a samsung 28" monitor (4k) and ps4 looks over blurry.
