500-600W PSU from seasonic or corsair(excluding VS an CX)
8GB RAM
Case--> Which ever you like that can fit your GPU.
You can also get a 2nd 660 and SLI it for better performance.

Games can't use the ability of i7's power. i5 is plenty. So, going for i7 is waste of money. Better to spend it in more powerful GPU.

Also, go for non-overclocking build, get a non-k series i5 4th gen and a H97 mobo.

Just like that. For a budget build especially for those people those who doesn't involve deep in computers, just game and do works. Also, non-overclocking build reduces CPU cooler cost, save cost in both CPU and mobo purchase which can be altogether put into buy a powerful GPU.

Do you want a non-overclockable or overclockable build?

Just a tip:

If you're not overclocking right after building the PC (which voids the warranty doing so), don't buy the after market cooler now. It costs about Rs.3000/- only, which can be bought anytime after the system has been built (or for the same price you can get a better cooler due to price drops and new product releases, when you buy it late). So, spend that 3000 in a better component (on GPU if gaming system or CPU/RAM if multimedia/3D application work).

There are two things to note while choosing a PSU:
1) Get a higher wattage unit now itself, so that it will be enough to handle any crossfire/SLI in future (so that you can spend all the money in GPU while considering crossfire/SLI in future, not in upgrading the PSU too) OR
2) Get a decent required wattage now if you plan to completely buy a new GPU in future.

Try to get a Z97 board, they support 5th gen Intel CPUs too. might come in handy in future.

Yeah, get a Z97 mobo as Agera One said. And one word for a processor why an i7 while it doesn't give better performance than the i5 in most games? Better to sell the old graphics card and get a better one.
