ps4 or gaming pc

i am having a dilmena. i just researched news, and specs on the ps4 and was wondering whether i should go with the ps4 or a gaming pc. my max budget for a gaming pc is 800 dollars and will include a 660 ti or 670 but the ps4 is rumored to cost much less. i think like 400 dollars. i have a ps3 with the sony branded surround sound stereo headset along with some games and accesories that may work with the ps4 if they make it compatible. there are exclusives on both i would like such as Total War, and planetside 2 for pc, and kill zone, God of War for the PlayStation. also i am a big console fan, but i have never built or played a gaming pc before. which should i choose?

Well me personally I'd stick with PC. I don't own any new gaming consoles, I just have my PS2 with me and time after time I just upgrade my rig.
I'd wait for the PS4 to come out and then you compare the two
