Hello people! :)

I am going to buy a PS4 Pro soon. Half of the time , the console will play on the living room in a 4k TV with a HDMI connection.
The other half of the time, I wanna play on my bedroom where I have 2 PC Monitors. And here comes the question soon.

Monitor #1 (Main PC monitor) is called LG E2242.
Monitor #2 (Secondary-Where I mostly play my video games) is the LG 22M45.
Both are 22'' 1080p 60Hz.
Both require a DVI cable to display.

My question is , how is it possible to play with my PS4 Pro on my secondary monitor which at its rear has a dvi port only ?
(I do not care that it cannot display sound, I will mostly use my headset [usb to ps4 or 3.5mm to the ps4 controller])

I think a DVI to HDMI cable(Dvi for the monitor, hdmi for the ps4) will work but i am not sure if i am going to have any fps/signal loss (never tried it before , that's why I am asking.)

Also the thing is that if the above solution works, i will have to unplug the pc dvi and plug the ps4's one everytime I want to play on my Ps4. Is there any better solution for avoiding this mess?

I am waiting for your replies , thanks in advance guys:)
Peace.

Solution
Hey, i think i understand what you are asking. You would need to get a DVI to HDMI cable for your PS4 to work on the monitor although i have a solution for your switching cable every time you want to swap problem, you can buy a DVI adapter which will allow you to have 2 DVI cables plugged into on DVI port,

Here is a link to show you what i am on about: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/371818063977?lpid=122&chn=ps&adgroupid=33676502101&rlsatarget=aud-168805811826%3Apla-270397389323&adtype=pla&poi=&googleloc=9045652&device=c&campaignid=707291931&crdt=0

This will allow you to hook them both up at once.

There may be one of those adapters that have dvi and hdmi so you dont have to buy the DVI to HDMI cable but you will have to look for...
Man I am not sure if you get what I am saying.
I wanna turn my PC monitor which has a DVI connection on its rare to display PS4. How is this possible? that's what i am asking. I am not interested to remote play.

Hope this helps solve your issue! 😀

Solution
Alright this sounds great! so I have 2 solutions to choose.
Will both of these 2 work ? Will my ps4 be able to display image on my non-hdmi monitor without any signal/fps/hz loss? Yes right?

Both off these methods will work, you would not lose any performance using the cables unless you go for a super low end version of the cables, even then you would lose hardly any preformance. :)
