PS4 thermal pad color differences (if any) for replacements

Playstation has dark grey 9mm X 9mm x1mm thermal pads and I was wondering what the differences are of these different color replacements pads. I've seen blue and grey, mostly. Does color not matter, or does color represent what type of material they are made with? Just wanted to match the recommended Playstation stock pads.

most of the high temperature thermal pads are grey, like the ones used on most stock cpu coolers
