ps4 vs rx480

I know the ps4pro has games in 4k and 30fps , I really want 4k , and don't mind 30fps if the price is right, will this pc build be capable of running 4k games on par or better than the ps4 pro?

That PC wont game at 4k unless maybe at low settings. 480 isnt a 4k card. I dont have any clue about current consoles, but what they claim to be 4k, most likely will be some kind of upscaling of it. No way you can cram 4k capable gaming into a console at that price point. Then again, I could be totally wrong. Are consoles even doing 1080p without scaling?

The ps4 pro will very rarely ever do native 4k in new games, mainly it is upscaled/checkerboard 1800p. It also uses a mix of medium and high settings.

here you see the 480 getting an average of 28fps across 15 games at 4k so it will easily do 4k if you drop the settings. This was also at release and it has matured a little with better drivers.

However, that particular 480 has only 4gb vram which is not good enough for 4k and I'd wager the rest of the components are trash in order to keep it to that price

ps4 pro has an AMD Jaguar APU with some extra graphics cores. Its not in the same realm as an i5 with a 480 at least hardware wise.
