Ps4 without a Dualshock 4.

I bought a used PS4 but I dont have a Dualshock 4. When I turn the PS4 on it says I need to connect a Dualschock 4, and i cant do anything with mouse and keyboard nor Xbox One Controller. What can I do? Do i need to buy a Dualshock?

You need a compatible controller. Either an aftermarket PS4 controller or an official PS4 DS4 controller. So basically yes you need a PS4 controller.
