Ps4 wont boot, and wont update

I turn it on, and it reqires a full instalatuon of 4.06 or higher. That didnt work, so i started it in safe mode, and selected initialize and re install. I know for certain i have the correct install file. It starts the process, but boots up with the error, an error has occured (SU-42118-6). Any ideas?

Where did you get the PS4?

Age, condition?

May be defective/DOA.

Google the error code. May find some solution or confirmation that the PS4 is broken.
