Question Ps4 wont turn on

My ps4 is plugged in. but when I try to turn on the ps4. it doesn't turn on but makes the disc eject sound when i try ejecting discs. and i cant put any discs in. i tried the disc eject as that normally turns my ps4

1) When was the last time it worked correctly?
2) If it's making the disc eject noise, it is on and getting power, is it showing any other LEDs?
3) What happens when you press the disc eject button or the power button?
4) When you turn in on, have you tried pressing and holding the power button until it beeps twice and then releasing it? Does it do this?
5) Was it powered off or put into Rest Mode right before it did this?
6) Was a disc put into it the last time it was used?
