Solution
Hello Nk325,

this is always really subjective, but if you want some "Decision Help" here it is:

I also could get a PS5 at release to MSRP and managed to trade it for an RTX 3080 (Added 400€ extra). Mainly because I need my PC for even more stuff like Programing, Resaerch, 3D Development etc.
Do you need your PC for a anything else, then gaming? If no take the PS5
PC gaming is always a little bit more hassle than just pressing a button and inserting a disc.
Do you have the time and motivation to sometimes fix, install, maintain your PC? If no take the PS5
I wanted the PS5 only because of the exclusive titles. Back then there were only Spiderman Miles Moralis I was interested in. I played it...

Are there any Games, now or in the near future you want desperately to play? If no take the PC
I was not sure how long the chipshortage will hold on and GPUs will be sold as 2x-3x MSRP. And I knew I needed a PC in the next months. I still think the GPU Shortage will hold for some times (Maybe Summer 2022 it will become better is my assumption).
PS5's will be (and are now) available much easier then GPUs. That's a point to take the PC
And BTW a PS5 Digital for a 3060Ti is a really good deal if you really found someone who is willing to trade.

Solution
You already have a working PC, so if your current GPU does everything you need it to, I would consider the PS5 as an entire second platform to play on. That being said, it is harder to get a new GPU than a PS5, and if you feel the need to upgrade your PC to continue using it, I would get the GPU. The GTX 1660 can still be sold if replaced for some extra cash. I am also not a console gamer, so I would lean towards the GPU personally, but really it will come down to how much time you think you will spend on either platform. If you keep the PS5, how many hours do you expect to use that for? If you upgrade the GPU in your PC, how often do you think you will use that?
