psi slot problem

Hello guys is there any way the pci slot can be replaced? i put a gpu in it and it doesnt show anything on screen and when i play with onboards its ok. the gpu iss new and there is no problem with that . can only the pci be damaged and the mobo no? plz help

How did the slot break?
Was it like that when you first got the board?

I'd advice to connect costumer support. The card still must have warranty.
