PSP Wipeout Pure Question

I checked all the options I think and can't a way to turn on any kind of a
Track Map during game play...

Is it not available at all?

Maybe I'm wrong, as it has been awhile since I played the console versions,
but I cannot remember any previous Wipeout games featuring a map during
play. I think some of them had track maps during the loading screens, and
that was it. So it doesn't surprise me that the Wipeout Pure doesn't have
one either.

Yeah, i have wipeout xl also and theres no in game map. But you can preview
the map when selecting the track. Thats about it though.

I am already bored with it anyway....Not worth 40 bucks if you ask
me.....But it has a Browser you might say......I am pretty sure we will see
a Browser for the PSP from sony in the near future....I am ebaying it...

And Untold legends, same thing.....Level 15 Knight and I am bored as hell
with it....same thing over and over.,....I knew I didn't like RPG's, I don't
know what I bought this....its going to Ebay too......

Oh God please force sony to put out a Decent Platformer, R & C or J & D for
the PSP...Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
