Hey TH community. Hope you don't wrong me for it but I kind of ruined one of the 24pin cables that goes into the MB. I have been able to sleeve everything and manged to change the pins from my old connector to a new colored connector. On almost getting to the end, I realized one of the pins wasnt coming out and sort of ripped it out like an idiot from using too much force :??:.. I'm attaching pics so you can see what I mean. My PSU is a EVGA G2 850Watt Supernova Series. I did a little bit of research and think I can buy female terminal connectors and just shorten the wire a little bit to connect a new (terminal?) to the end of it with a crimping tool. Appreciate all the help and responses. Thanks!

Sincerely,
Noob

yeah you will have to order a new pin for the connector. just trim back the longer wires to the short ones, then strip back the black wire insulation to fit the new pin and crimp it on.

It not that big of a deal, you'll lose like an 1/8 of the wire and probably wont be able to tell when everything is put back together.

Thanks for the response mate. That's definitely the kind of answer I was looking for. With that being said, Can I get any female terminal to replace that metal? Or does it have to be the one for that specific PSU model or pin location on that connector?
