Psu 450w, gtx 960 + i7 3770 + asrock z77 extreme4? help

can my 450 w psu run all this?

this is my PSU, you can seamlessly with all this?

you SHOULD be ok, but that graphics card alone pulls ~250 without OC, so you might be pushing it. and if you're OCing your CPU (which im assuming you are with a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler listed) you'll be pushing even more.

No it doesnt, the 960 pulls about 110w max in gaming.

Those are not reference cards and the links you gave are total system power from the wall so subtract efficiency losses as well. Tom's records off the pcie slot.
