XFX 450? It should be able to handle it. If you are buying a power supply then get the XFX TS 550 instead.

Im changing my mid tower case to a mini itx raven rvz01 .Unfortunately It only supports SFX PSU unit
PS any console like pc case other than mentioned

is the 450W SFX power supply also made by Silverstone? If it is that one then it will be fine.
