psu 750w, ups 900w

my psu is 750W and i want to buy a UPS 1500VA/900W.is it all right?,or there is a problem with the higher watt?

Nope you should be fine, the wattage is a maximum wattage! 😀
you want the UPS to have a higher wattage.
