Question PSU acting strange lately

Hi guys, lately i have upgraded my PC i have switched from i3 7100 to i5 13600k, i also changed my motherboard and ram. After upgrading i decided to stress test the PC to see what the new upgrades are capable of, so i turned on cinabench and after like 5 minutes my PSU started making buzzing noises so i closed the test because i was afraid that my newly built PC would blow up. I also remember during that time a red light was on my motherboard. Lately when gaming i also noticed that the fans speed are getting ramped up quite high which was quite unusual.
Here's my full specs

i5 13600k
GTX 1660ti (asus)
Z-690-I motherboard
2x 8Gb Kingston Fury beast DDR5
2x SATA SSD
1x HDD
1x M.2 NvE
1x Optical drive
Thermaltake Smart RGB 600w power supply

I actually used the psu calculator and used these parameters i believe it was around 460w recommended so i guess everything should be okay on that part.

You went from a low wattage CPU to one that can pull quite a bit on a not very good PSU. The Smart series is Thermaltake's budget brand. They do make good ones, but they are quite a bit more expensive.

If that PSU is as old as the i3-7100, it is certainly time to replace it with high quality 650W or more that was some warranty on it.

RM650x is about $105 right now.
