Solution
1.6V should work perfectly fine with a 4790K, no OC required.

You can't always go by brand when it comes to PSU's. Sure, Corsair has some good PSU's, but not every PSU they have is high quality.

For your build, an XFX, Seasonic, EVGA (B2 or G2) would do well. Go for 550W and up. For a case, I recommend the Phanteks Enthoo Pro if your budget allows.

Hello,

With regard to power supplies I recommend a quality brand (Corsair or Thermaltake) with at least 600 Watt capacity. A good PSU is often over looked in favour of other hardware; but let me assure you that it is vital, and if you don't buy a quality one now you will have to do so in a year or two!

With regard to the voltage on the RAM, it looks like you will need to overclock the processor in order to use the RAM at it's maximum speed. I recommend looking for RAM that runs on a lower voltage, high speed RAM that operates in the 1.5 Volt range is available -

Good luck

1866MHz RAM is enough haha. Also, the voltage probably would not affect the CPU.
