I currently have
-MSI Gaming N760 TF 2GD5/OC GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support Video Card(requires 30A and 500W Minimum)
-OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W Modular High Performance Power Supply (2 12 volt rails with 25A) theoretically 50A?

I didnt see this until now, but I have been running this pc for 4 months now and havent experienced significant problems. My Battlefield 4 has crashed one time with a directx error and even disabled my GPU Driver. I just re-enabled it and it was fine(battlefiel 4 is having alot of problems right now so i dont know if its battlefield 4 related or my GPU/ PSU combo related)

My question is if my PSU is ok for my graphics card?

even tho its minimum requirement for a single 12v rail is 30A?
how do i know if my graphics card is getting 46A ?

the 760 draws about 161W which really isn't alot for a graphics card, arround 15 amps?

so you think im good to go then? even with overclocks on my psu and gpu?

Look at the data plate which is required.
Here is yours:

You will see that the combined +12v rails is 552w.
Divide by 12v, and you get 46a.
Actually, virtually all psu's have only one power generating rail.
The division into several rails is a UL safety standard.
Not to worry, no power lead will exceed the 25a. You use two 6 pin pcie-leads.
Some psu's can't deliver what is advertised, but that is a different issue.

i was just wondering if i was in need of a new psu
