Would this PSU suffice for a GTX 760 ACX Superclocked, i5 3470 and 8GB RAM

Nope, that's not enough for a 760, you'd need at least 30A on the 12v rail

The listed recommendation for a 760 is a 500W PSU with 30A, something like this should do
