PSU and Mobo? and advice.

I just started a thread before about my HP Compaq 6200 pro MT

I thought I could not afford to get both the parts I needed however after working some stuff out I am going to go for it

From this computer all I am keeping is the I5 2400, HDD and the case.

So I have,

I5 2400
16GB RAM
GTX 550 ti
500GB HDD
128GB SSD
and the HP case.

I need to find a decent mobo and PSU and was looking at around £120 ish for the both, nothing too fancy. I am just scared that this being a HP tower nothing will fit in it nicely, would this be correct?

I would greatly appreciate any links to a nice mobo and PSU to fit in the case and or a link to a new case if needed.

Why not just get a new PSU and a video card? Everything else looks perfectly fine.

Its a weird motherboard, if you check my other thread that I made a normal PSU wont work with it
