[SOLVED] PSU and new MB

Hello,
i currently own a dell workstation
CPU - Intel Xeon 1620 v3
GPU GTX 1060 3GB
MB - no idea ( the socket is LGA2011)

I want to upgrade my CPU with Ryzen 5 3600 and will probably buy a motherboard with chipset B550, The workstation has a 685W PSU and my question is will this PSU fit the new motherboard or do i need a new PSU? Are all the connectors the same?

Not sure if workstation PSUs are different.

It appears to be a server style PSU and doesn't actually have any cables coming off of it. I assume there is a board it plugs into with cables coming off.

It won't work in another case.

Yeah i just checked it just plugs into something. In that case can you recommend me a good PSU brand for around 100$ around 500W?
