I am building a mining rig for my friend. However everything works out fine except that as soon as the PSU is switched on, the computer is automatically turned on as well. As long as the PSU is on, the computer can never be shut down. After shutting it down it automatically turns back on.

I am just wondering what is happening and how to fix it? The switch on button that comes with the rig frame is functional, but like I said as long as the PSU is on, the computer can never be shut down or powered off.

The PSU is seasonic gold prime 1300w -> https://seasonic.com/prime-1300-w-gold
The graphic card is Zotac 3080 Trinity -> https://www.zotac.com/us/product/graphics_card/zotac-gaming-geforce-rtx-3080-trinity
The mobo is Z490 Gaming X AX -> https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Z490-GAMING-X-AX-rev-10#kf

I have tried checking the BIO, nothing is wrong. The way I connect the Zotac 3080 is by using three separate PCie cables that come with the PSU. 2 for the video card and one for the riser. Since he has two cards, that totals up to 6 strands of PCie cables and three for each card.

Yup AC back is always off. Would that be the problem of the Seasonic Power Supply?

Thx for the help. Problem solved. It is due to the faulty riser that triggers system to power up whenever shutting down the computer.
