Question PSU Blown did it damage other components?

My old 700W PSU blown i'm about to buy new one but i'm not sure PC runs correctly. After blown i'm tested my old damaged PSU that had 12V power issues. All lights running perfectly. But i don't have change the test PC with stable PSU.

Intel Xeon X5470 4.49 GHz OC CPU
Asus ROG Commando Motherboard
Asus GTX 680 DirectCU II TOP 2GB 256 Bit GDDR5 GPU
OCZ REAPER HPC 8GB (2GBx4)DDR2 1066 MHz CL6 RAM
HDD1: Samsung HD155UI 1.5 TB 5400 RPM
HDD2: Samsung HD250HJ 250 GB 7200 RPM
SSD: Samsung EVO 850 250 GB
Case: Thermaltake View 28

No way to tell without a known working PC or another PC to test in. Do not use an old damaged PSU with +12V issues for testing.
