PSU Buying Guide

My friend wants to assemble his PC, and asked me about which PSU should he choose?
I asked him to use OuterVision power supply calculator and to check the recommended PSU.
It calculated about 294W (also include all fans + GTX 1050 Ti), then I recommended him a 450W PSU.
Can you guys confirm it as I am not that good in PC assembling.

Not bad for outervision they only missed the wattage by about 50 Watts. (200 Watt PC)
Just going by a good PSU and prices any of these it don't hurt to have some extra power for future upgrades.
