The psu is a corsair cx750m and whenever I have a stock chart open and i move my mouse across the chart it buzzes. Im using the thinkorswim platform, also Im using a cheap logitech mouse with the dongle but my PSU still buzzes with a corded mouse. The only time it happens is when im moving the cursor across the chart, i have no idea why this only would cause a psu to buzz. If I RMA it do you think the next one will do the same? thanks for any help

Probably a GPU intensive chart that requires it draws more power, hence increasing fan speed, hence causing a buzz. Generally PSUs don't get authorised for RMAs if they're making noise, but you can try it, Corsair are normally pretty good. Buzzing is quite common, but it's worth an RMA if you can't stand the noise,

I know you came here for support, but could you answer some questions?
I'm looking into building a system for a family member just for the thinkorswim platform. I am not a trader and know very little about thinkorswim.
I have been doing some research into the platform and see that it is very 2D graphic intense platform. But I can't find much details of it's internal operations. I know that it's Java based, but I can't find details like is it multi-threaded, are the calculations floating point or integer intense (this would help me to decide to go with Intel or AMD).
What is your experience?

What is your hardware setup?
Processor?
RAM? Ram speed/type?
Motherboard?
Graphics card?

It's clear that the system is ramping up while mousing over the graphics, do you see any lag or distortions?

Thanks,
