PSU Buzzing Noise (Like a zzzzzz sound)

Title pretty much says it all. I have this buzzing sound coming from my PSU. No, it's not a coil whine, it's some sort of electrical buzzing sound that goes on for like a minute and then stops completely. :|

Any idea what is causing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This is a condenser (capacitor) faulty, or on the way to be faulty. It is a common and early simptom of a dieing PSU.
