PSU buzzing very loudly

A few months ago my PSU started buzzing under load. I'm almost certain the noise is coming from the PSU. I'm not sure but I don't think it is coil whine either as it is much louder than any coil whine iv found. The PSU in question is a Thermaltake Litepower 750W LT-750P. Does anyone know a way to fix this or if I will need a new PSU.

Sounds like a relais. Since that psu isn't great quality and does this,also probably is out of warranty would i replace it. I wouldn't want to risk parts in my pc.
