Does the 25 Watts added on for the motherboard account for all the onboard features on my NF7-S... i.e., firewire, USB, sound, etc.?

Well, your USB and Firewire ports aren't going to use power just sitting there. When you plug something in to them, whatever IT is will use a certain amount of power, be it a mouse or a usb fan, or even one of those wacky USB cup warmers or something. Same for firewire. Not sure about onboard sound though.
