Build (still not finished):
Ryzen 3700x
GTX 1080Ti
2 x 8GB DDR4 2400Mhz memory
2.5'' SSD 240GB SATA3
HDD 1TB 7K or 10K RPM im not sure.

Currently have a 550W PSU and i used two calculators one said 550 would be enough one said 650 is enough.
What should i do?

Solution
Recommended PSU for a 1080TI is 600-650Watts. That is considering the 600-650Watts PSU is a good quality PSU.

Since I always recommend headroom When you buy a PSU I recommend you buy a 700-750 Watts PSU.

If you want some suggestions let me know.

It's unlikely your total system power use would exceed 400 watts. If your 550W is a high quality model and not too old you should be able to use it. If you want some headroom or your 550 is not that great and you need to replace it then a good 650W model would be more than enough. List your 550W brand, model and age for a better evaluation. If it turns out you should get a better unit there's plenty of guys around here who know what you should spend your $$ on who will help you.

Typical power draw on a GTX 1080Ti is around 250 watts with a max of 300 watts (one 6-pin, one 8-pin, and 75 watts from the PCIE Slot). The rest of your system isn't going to draw 250 watts, so while you should be fine with a quality 550 watt unit, I'd probably opt for a new (quality) 600-650 watt unit (because I like headroom as well).
