Hello, I have bought a MSI GEFORCE 660 TI and it looks like my PSU can't handle it http://www.elogisys.com/viewsku.asp?SKUID=PS600A12&DID=POWERSUPPLY.
I'm looking for a PSU that can handle it and isn't expensive. Thanks

NO! That PSU will croak violently, possibly killing attached parts. Read the review. They actually got 375W out of it before it died. Replace it with a real PSU before you use your new card. The VP-450 is cheap but good. The 450W Rosewill Capstone would be another solid choice, or one of the Antec Earthwatts models (even the 380W one can handle that card, but I'd recommend a larger one just for longevity).

To be honest i asked a local shop and they said that it couldnt handle the card but i didnt have the chance to ask them why. Thats exactly the review i read today and decided to join this lovely community in order to get some help

Well, if it puts out 450w or higher, then you'll be fine. If you already have the PSU, and the graphics card, plug it in and start it up. Chances are it will run just fine. A PSU upgrade would be a good future investment, however, as it's risky to run parts on potentially unclean power. Anything from Seasonic, XFX, and Antec will do you well. For example:

Sry for the noob questions but i want to know what are the possible problems that may happen if my psu is really only able to take 400 W and i plug my card that needs more??

That seems to be the only reputable review of the thing on the internet, but for lack of any other option, I suppose you are right. It isn't worth the risk.
