Everytime I play a game my computer Hard Resets. I have a theory that it is the PSU because I recently upgraded to the GTX 1070 with the 3 fans and this never happened before. It resets without any blue screens and its as if I held down the button. My exact PSU is the Corsair RM650 Watt power supply.

My Specs:
i5-4690k
Zotac GTX 1070
MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Mobo
Corsair RM650 Watt PSU

OCCT must pull more power than. I'm guessing any game benchmark like heaven also does a hard restart also? In any case, its diffidently pointing towards your PSU not being able to hold a load and hitting some internal safety measures, than turning off.

I don't like to say its 100% sure this or that since I can't see if it in person but I would suggest talking to Corsair for RMA or maybe they have a better way to narrow it down.

No hard reset is a good thing and they only other suspect would be the motherboard, but you would get more freezes than crashes I would suspect.

No, I just tried Prime95 for 10 minutes and my CPU was at ~50 degrees celcius the whole time. My computer didn't restart. I did try OCCT and tried the PSU benchmark and it restarted within 5 minutes.
