Thermal and Power Specs:
97 C = Maximum GPU Temperature (in C)
170 W = Graphics Card Power (W)
500 W = Minimum Recommended System Power (W)
Two 6-pin = Supplementary Power Connectors

http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/geforce_gtx_760_review,5.html

Measured power consumption single card

System in IDLE = 121 W
System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 280W
Difference (GPU load) = 159W
Add average IDLE wattage ~10W
Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 169 Watts

Here is Guru3Ds power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 760 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power...

http://www.pcgarage.ro/surse/inter-tech/cobapower-650w/ , http://www.pcgarage.ro/surse/sirtec-high-power/element-bronze-ii-600w/ ...sorry guys i know you dont recommend them , i live in romania and this is my only option ... they are the best in the price they are selling and both of them cost 80 $ , in my country ofcourse .

The main danger of a cheap psu, other than not delivering advertised power is what happens if it fails under load. A cheap psu will not have the protective circuitry to protect what it is connected to from damage.
If forced, I would pick the 650w unit on the basis that it might not get overloaded.

But... a cheap psu can become very expensive and should be avoided if possible.
Here is a list that might help you:

GeForce GTX 760 SLI - On your average system the card requires you to have a 700 Watt power supply unit.

If you are going to overclock GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with a bit more stamina.

Since you are overclocking, the 520 will be borderline.....if budget allows, I'd do the 620 and save room for OC'ing that 760 also....I usually get 20+ % on air.
