[SOLVED] PSU Clicking? bad capaictor? is it time to replace?

Please see the above video, the clicking noise you hear is precisely the clicking noise my 650w corsair is making, I have been having intermittent bsod and am looking for confirmation that this might be the cause?

I've recently installed a fresh version of windows to eliminate driver issues and now believe my PSU is the cause after discovering this noise. Is this a bad capacitor?

Clicking noise ? Bad capacitor ?! That's a coil whine LMAO, it's harmless. Not necessarily from the PSU even, may be motherboard VRM too. Nothing to do with BSODs you're having.

I don't hear "clicking", per se. I hear coil whine. Not why you have BSOD's.

What power supply do you have, what is the rest of your build and when do you hear the noise (idle, full load, all the time)?
