PSU clicking sound (not the fan)

My Corsair Hx850 is making a constant electric clicking sound. The clicks seem to be random, but are at a constant pace of maybe 2-3 per second or more. The volume of the clicks could be compared to a fan lightly tapping against a loose wire. I know it's not the fan since the sound occurs any time the PSU is on, even if the fan isn't running. The clicks appear to be more frequent, possibly louder too, when the system is under a load. Should I RMA right away, or can I wait a month before I'm moving into school. I'd rather wait since I won't be using the computer much for the first month or so and will have ample time to wait out an RMA. For now I'm just wondering if it's safe, or if someone has experienced this and found a simple fix.

Could be a bad fan bearing.

But would the bearing be making this noise even though the fan isn't spinning? I'm debating just screwing the warranty and popping it open to replace it with another 140mm fan if you're sure that's the cause, since it's getting worse and I have no interest in waiting around for the PSU to ship, be checked, and ship again.
