PSU clicking sound. PC works fine

Hey guys, yesterday I noticed that my pc started making a clicking sound that I never heard before.
After taking off the side panel and isolating the component I found out it was coming from the PSU. I first disassembled the psu from the pc in order to see if any wires were touching the fan blade/caused by dust but it seems that no wire is touching the fan blade and the PSU is completely clean.
The noise starts when I boot my pc, then after some time (i'd say 5-15 minutes from what I could tell so far) it stops. I checked BIOS right after booting while hearing the clicking sound and it showed that the voltages are just fine (12v - 12.024v, 5v - 5.010v, 3v - 3.383v) so I doubt it's caused by undervoltage.
I did encounter a BSOD today when booting (I got to the "welcome" screen of windows 7 and then got the BSOD) might be related? Other than that the pc works fine.
If not, anyone has any sort of idea what might be the issue?

The psu model is Seasonic S12ii-620w, it's fairly new, got it about 5 months ago.

Probably a faulty PSU. If you can be bothered get it RMA'd/Replaced asap.
It probably causes no damage to the system and is just annoying but still worth replacing in case there are other issues

If the clicking is fairly constant and occurring rapidly, then the PSU fan bearing may faulty/failing. This is not of particular concern other than the annoyance of the noise. However, eventually the bearing will fail altogether and the fan will stop rotating, which is not good. But this may not occur for many years, depending on load.

If the clicking is irregular and not occurring rapidly, then it may be due to (minor) arcing between components or arcing within some components (coils in particular). This is not normal, and indicates faulty/failing components. And although unlikely in a SeaSonic PSU, there is the possibility of poor assembly which may be a contributing factor(?).

More inclined to think it is the fan bearing. But to be safe, the PSU should be checked out/tested thoroughly.

To test if it is the fan you could try stopping the fan by poking a screw driver or something into it. Although be warned, PSU fans are exceptionally strong and it will make one hell of a noise if you just shove it in. Try just catching the edge of the fan, it will still sound horrible but you should be able to stop it slower. If the noise stops then it is possibly the fan.
