Question PSU coil whine after cleaning?

I've had my PC for about a year now and after cleaning it a couple of days ago (not for the first time ofc) I noticed this noise coming from the PSU maybe?? It happens every so often, maybe every 5 minutes? It also seems like my CPU fan is way more sensitive now and ramps up even when just opening chrome. Not sure if that's related at all. Either way. would love maybe an explanation of what this sound is and a possible solution.

Did you spray anything on the psu fan or clean it?

Yeah. I blew it out with compressed air. Pretty sure that's all though.
