Psu Coil whine

Guys help.I have a RMX 650 and i found out that it has a little Coil whine when under load.Isit dangerous/harmful and i should replace it ASAP or is it

No it isn't dangerous or harmful. It may or may not be normal for that card but it isn't harmful.
