PSU comparasion & difference?

Hello to everyone reading this !

I have been talking to a user on this website and he suggested to get the EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply PSU and not the non certified one , whats the difference ?

The certification on power supplies shows the efficiency of the product, the better the certification, the more efficient the product is.

Not saying this is the case for all '80 Plus' Certified PSUs, but they are generally quite unreliable and the capacitors are cheaply made as well as the PSU. Basically, the Bronze Rated 80+ PSU is more efficient power-wise, and generally much more stable.
